In 2012 I founded the Pacific Coast Water Rescue Foundation to help cover the Discovery Bay and South Delta Area as a result of the public approaching us to cover Boat Races; Tri-Athlons and Community Water Based events. We have a small fleet of 6 boats and we have covered over 100 events over the last seven Summers. Additionally we have trained over 100 Firefighters in Rescue Boat Operations and over 200 Community Members in 1st Aid and CPR. Also we have sponsored Community Boat Classes for US Power Boat, Boaters Safety Card, and USCG Training.
As a USCG Licensed captain and Captain-for-hire I specialize in training, vessel operations, deliveries, SAR, captaining, and crew.

what They’re Saying
Client Testimonials
“Brad is a skilled professional boat captain and maritime operator. He is highly professional and reliable while also being friendly and great to work with. We utilized Brad’s services as a captain and test pilot on an experimental electric foiling vessel. We would absolutely use Brad’s captain and pilot services again.”
Ed Kearney / CEO and Founder Boundary Layer Technologies
“Bradley has been our captain for the past three years. From bringing the boat down from Port Townsend WA, to navigating the San Joaquin River, Bradley’s made the operations of this 199 ton historic army ship look like a cake walk. We really appreciate his positive happy-go-lucky style!.”
Brian Hofstetter /CEO Fathom Ventures, LLC
and Owner of M/V Sacajawea
